What to expect

In India travelers will be introduced to the ancient wisdom of sacred medicines like ayurveda, practices like yoga and tantra, and the integration of these approaches into modern-day life. We begin in the holy city of Rishikesh, nestlet in the foot of the Himalayas and home to more ashrams than any place in the world. Here we will meet healers, yogis, gurus, and thought leaders who will introduce travelers to a number of integrated approaches. Next, travelers will go to Varanasi, one of the oldest cities in the world, located on the holy river, the Ganges. Here visitors will be introduced to ancient burial rituals and energy medicine practiced by healers for thousands of years. The trip ends in Jaipur, where travelers will have the opportunity to integrate ancient wisdom with transformational leadership and relationship coaches.
