Five-Day Transformational Retreat in Cusco & Iquitos, Peru

Day 1: Arrival in Cusco & Andean Energy Alignment

• Morning: Arrive in Cusco and check into a serene retreat center. Light Andean breakfast with coca tea to help acclimate to the altitude.
• Midday: Gentle Yoga & Breathwork to attune to the high-altitude energy of the Andes.
• Afternoon: Transformational Workshop #1: The Andean Cosmovision & Spirituality – understanding Pachamama (Mother Earth), the Apus (mountain spirits), and the energy of the Sacred Valley.
• Evening: Coca Leaf Reading with a local Q’ero shaman for guidance and energetic cleansing, followed by a traditional Andean dinner at Pachapapa.

Day 2: Hiking the Inca Trail & Sacred Ruins

• Morning: Sunrise Meditation & Mindfulness Practice at Sacsayhuamán, an ancient Incan ceremonial site.
• Midday: Short Hike on the Inca Trail to explore hidden ruins and breathtaking Andean landscapes. Picnic lunch with local superfoods like quinoa, maca, and lucuma.
• Afternoon: Transformational Workshop #2: Sacred Plant Medicines of the Andes – an introduction to San Pedro (Huachuma) and other ancestral healing plants.
• Evening: Return to Cusco for dinner at Chicha by Gastón Acurio, sampling authentic Peruvian flavors.

Day 3: Machu Picchu & Spiritual Reflection

• Morning: Early train to Machu Picchu, the Lost City of the Incas. Guided spiritual journey through the ruins, meditation at the Sun Gate.
• Midday: Sacred offering ceremony to Pachamama at Machu Picchu. Lunch at Sanctuary Lodge.
• Afternoon: Transformational Workshop #3: Connecting with Ancestral Wisdom – channeling the messages of the ancient Incas and their spiritual teachings.
• Evening: Train back to Cusco, followed by an integration circle and dinner at Greens Organic.

Day 4: Transition to the Amazon & Shamanic Initiation

• Morning: Flight from Cusco to Iquitos, the gateway to the Amazon Rainforest. Transfer to a jungle lodge along the Amazon River.
• Midday: Introduction to Amazonian Plant Medicines with a local shaman, including knowledge of ayahuasca, tobacco, and other healing plants. Light plant-based lunch.
• Afternoon: Transformational Workshop #4: Working with the Spirit of Ayahuasca & Amazonian Healing Traditions – preparing the mind and body for plant medicine experiences.
• Evening: Optional Ayahuasca Ceremony with an experienced Shipibo shaman for deep healing and spiritual insight.

Day 5: Integration & Amazon Exploration

• Morning: Sunrise Meditation & River Blessing Ceremony on the Amazon River.
• Midday: Guided Jungle Walk to learn about medicinal plants and the ecological wisdom of the rainforest.
• Afternoon: Transformational Workshop #5: Integration & Moving Forward – tools for grounding and embodying lessons from the Andes and the Amazon.
• Evening: Closing circle, gratitude ritual, and a final jungle-inspired dinner before returning to Iquitos for departure.
